The 7 Minute Workout Review

What Is The 7 Minute Workout With Joel Therien About?

At the time of this writing the 7 Minute workout seems to be going into launch mode, and there are a number of high profile network marketers promoting it right now.  But what is the real deal with this new network marketing program, and is it just another make money online scam, or will it grow into a legitimate business?

First of all, it is being founded by two individuals, Joel Therien and Chris Reid.  Joel specifically, I’m familiar with, as I watched the relatively recent launch of Global Virtual Opportunities.  So, he is no stranger to the industry.

From a product perspective, it looks like the 7 minute workout product at its core literally is marketing a new workout regimen which claims one can get back in shape in as little as 7 minutes a day, three days a week.  Obviously, Joel seems credentialed enough, having degrees in physiology and a background in natural bodybuilding.   No doubt that the workout is intense, and at least from what I have seen from their testimonials, it seems that people are indeed getting results from the program.

The 7 Minute Workout

The marketing perspective and angle on this is actually quite good in fact.  At least here in the United States, the appeal of getting in shape and losing weight with minimal effort would have a HUGE emotional appeal to people.   A brilliant marketing angle in fact.

In addition, it seems that there have been quite a few workout/diet related MLM companies that have done quite well in fact by focusing on one specific marketing strategy, visalus and team beach body come to mind at an initial thought.  So, I do indeed think the market is there and people will buy into this kind of thing.

Now from a compensation plan perspective, the details are still extremely vague, and are due to be released in an upcoming video titled “commissioned viral marketing”.  What this will probably mean is promoting test case studies, or your own studies on sites like twitter and facebook…thereby generating interest from those you are connected with.  More than likely you will be positioning yourself as a “fitness consultant” and discussing the results of your own fitness efforts on those sites.  So, more to follow as the details become more clear.

What Does This 7 Minute Workout Review Conclude?

So what is the verdict here?  Does the 7 minute workout MLM seem like a scam or not? Honestly, it is hard to say at this point, as the details about the business are vague at best at this point.  I do think it has the potential to become big, as several other fitness related MLM have done well in the last few years.  This coupled with a new marketing angle on fitness makes the company product line unique from others.

So overall, it does indeed look promising.

However, to be honest, your successs with any MLM won’t come down to how “good” the product is, but the marketing of it.  From what I see the marketing looks good and packaged well, but it still needs someone to promote it and market it properly.

Right now, hands down the best place to market this kind of product and opportunity is still online, with the vast and instant reach you can achieve on search engines or social media sites.

This, and positioning yourself as a problem solver, not a “hawker” of just another product or MLM opportunity.

The article is well written. I checked out 7min workout and I see there are a lot good things being said about it. I believe I’m going to give it a try.

Good luck with it, seriously. One thing that I always caution people about is getting too caught up in the hype and glitz of a new MLM launch, only to find out later that the business model really can’t support what their income goals are.

Let us know how it goes

7 Minute Workout has changed my life! I am proud to be a part of a program making such a difference in other lives both financially as well as in their health! The mandate is “to help and educate others to acheive their fitness and health goals 7 minutes at a time”.

Hey Melissa,

Glad it has worked for you. How specifically has it changed your life?

Melissa is at the top of 7-Minute Workout; along with Chris and Joel, but she’s personally used the program to lose at least 60-pounds since she last checked in with other members – so that can explain her life changing experience.

I too am apart of 7-Minute Workout though, and I really enjoy the home based fitness routines as much as I do the home based business aspect of it. The workouts are user specific and internet based – which is wonderful for those who aren’t comfortable with (or can’t afford) gyms or fit clubs. Plus, being that they’re geared at only being 7-Minutes a day / 3-times per week, there’s no excuse not to finally start working out.

As for the business side of it . . . Major internet marketers, such as Stone Evans and Jeff Schuman, can easily bring several people into their downline with little or no effort because of their experience and “legendary” know-how that encourages everyone to do as they did and hopely succeed as they do, but it’s not always that easy. MLMs and Affiliate Marketing ventures take patience, and can be hard to sell, but 7-Minute Workout is a low-priced ($9.97 per month) guaranteed product (30-day money back), and the benefits reach beyond just your health!

I encourage everyone to at least check it out for themselves.

I too am a member of 7 minute workout, It has helped me greatly.

The Gym failed, I lost no weight and in fact was causing me more problems with pain as I was given the wrong workout program and no one came near me or even looked at my progress once they got my money.

Since being with the 7 Minute Workout, I have lost weight, gained muscle, and am no longer in any pain and fitter than I have been for many years and it only takes 7 minutes every second day.

I have also turned around My Type 2 Diabetes.
My Doctor was amazed as he had wanted to put me on lipatol a cholesterol drug but now says the cholesterol is back to normal and has been for more than 6 months.

The MLM side of 7minute workout for me is the bonus and for the first time ever I have actually had sign ups and payment and that has been with the help of the team At 7 minute Workout.
